All sites managed by Complex Solutions are assigned to one of our expert Operations Managers. Each site is visited and inspected frequently, and strong communication lines are proactively established between key stakeholders prior to commencement of services. All of our services are completed to all relevant WHS and Australian standards and we assist our clients to meet cleaning requirements as specified by external auditing bodies.

Managing teams in excess of 400 staff members, Ash’s key strength is his understanding and ability to meet client requirements whilst ensuring company objectives are met. Michael Brabek, Alliance Manager
Michael leads the Business Development of Complex Solutions since 2012 and has over 10 years’ industry experience. From quoting small commercial sites to Hospitals, Food production facilities & large blue chip commercial towers, Michael understands and tunes into client needs tailoring our proposals and services to suit each unique site. Michael works closely with our operations team to ensure smooth start-up transitions and nurture client relationships to maintain long-term service levels. Michael has been instrumental in growing the business to include well-known brands and highly valued clients.
Garth Paul, Senior Operations Manager
Garth joined Complex Solutions in 2013 with remarkable cleaning industry experience for over 35years. Garth has worked within several organisations, from medium sized private businesses, to large national corporations. Garth leads the Complex Solutions’ operations team as our Senior Operations Manager dealing with senior managers & staff across all levels. Garth specialises within the healthcare division of the business ensuring strict quality standards are achieved within various hospitals, clinics and day surgery centres. Key attributes include strong leadership & decision-making skills, team building, staff training, business development and managing site start-ups.
Dulal Kabir, Operations Manager
Bachelor in Accounting and Management (Sydney University)
Dulal has been involved in property services and facilities management since 2006 and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Complex Solutions. Dulal’s key strengths are in client and customer service, building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering services in timely manner. Dulal specialises in managing commercial sites consisting of medium to high-rise buildings consisting of various blue-chip clients.
