Paul has experience within all aspects of property services. Paul founded CMC Property Services in 1994 and as such has built the company from its basic beginnings to where it is today.

CMC has become one of the leading property services companies servicing customers nationally and in New Zealand.

Paul has served on the BSCAA executive for more than 12 years and is currently the Victorian President. He is also a member of Facilities Management Australia.

Elly Krommidas

Elly joined CMC in 2004, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge in the delivery of customer service and brand experience.

Over her tenure, Elly has been instrumental in the development of CMC’s National Client Services Centre and has been the key in developing and gaining accreditation for CMC’s OH&S, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

As Managing Director, Elly is responsible for the commercial and business strategy. She oversees the National operations, strategy, planning, budgeting and people and performance management of CMC Property Services.

Amongst Elly’s key strengths are her abilities in vendor negotiation and contractual management.

An affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Elly has been responsible for establishing sustainable and strategic procurement services for CMC’s clients.

Mark Helps

Mark has been involved in the facilities management industry for almost 40 years.

He has worked for several different organisations, from medium sized private businesses, to large national and international corporations, with a unique understanding of what motivates and drives different sized businesses.

Mark is experienced in dealing with clients and staff at all levels. His key competencies include strong leadership and decision making, team building, financial analysis and control, commercial aptitude, start up dynamics and business development, organisational development, communication and interpersonal skills, and ethical standards.

Over Marks years of experience within the Facilities Industry he has established definitive benchmarks to ensure the outcomes and relative KPI’s are met to enable a viable and deliverable service for all parties.

Hunter English

Regional General Manager NSW/QLD/ACT/WA

Studying a Diploma in Business Management (North Coast TAFE)

Hunter brings a wealth of knowledge from his facilities management background with 10 years experience in facilities management in the tertiary education sector across three major Australian Universities. In addition, Hunter has vast project management experience from his time in the construction industry within NSW and his mining industry experience internationally.

Hunter has worked within the customer service industry for 25 years within operations and developed a strong client relationship network across the recruitment, gold mining, hospitality and hotel industries. He has worked within the association meeting & events markets (MICE) at both national and international level.

In his role as Regional General Manager Hunter oversees contract implementation and ensures that all facets of service delivery are met.


Dani Anderson

Dani’s employment history spans over nine years within the Client Services and Facilities Management industries.

With her wealth of experience she brings innovations and suggestions for efficiencies in contract management and reporting.

Her background in the ever-changing Facilities Management industry as well as formal qualifications in Management have allowed her to work with a diverse range of people, cultures and attitudes.

This experience has equipped her with strong client service skills. She is solution-driven and delivers in an efficient and timely manner.

Dani manages and monitors all work orders and requests ensuring that they are completed within the predetermined time-frame.


Adam Mercer

National Business Development Manager
Certificate IV in Building Studies (Northern Sydney Institute of Tafe) Certificate II & III Asset Maintenance (Lennox Institute)

Adam has over 24 years of experience in the building industry including five years in the commercial property maintenance industry.

His experience in the delivery of service and contract implementation has allowed him to work with customers in developing specifications that would most benefit their organisations.

In his role as National Business Development Manager, Adam will oversee Sales and Business Development and
will assist with transitioning new client partnerships ensuring that all facets of service delivery, relevant KPIs and SLAs are met.
